Mustangs Nation - Episode #15  - Roger Cumberbatch, Greg Bowman and John Urban -  CHRW - FM

My name is Roger Cumberbatch, and I have been a volunteer at Radio Western, as a Sports Reporter for about a year and a half. I graduated from Seneca College in the Radio Broadcasting program. My future goal is to be an on-air sports broadcast journalist, preferably covering the sport of basketball. As a volunteer, I perform sideline interviews during live broadcasts of Western Women’s and Men’s basketball games. During the summer, I write blogs covering both London Lightning basketball games, and London Majors baseball games. Along with the blogs, post-game interviews, I take all the photos for my blog, edit the audio, and post everything together, within 24 hours of the end of the games. I also co-host a weekly show called Mustangs Nation, with Greg Bowman, produced by John Urban. Mustangs Nation provides a full summary of the previous week’s action in Western Mustangs’ sports such as football, basketball, hockey, soccer, lacrosse, rowing, softball, swimming, wrestling, fencing and more, Including regular season and playoffs.
