Radio Sidney - Bill Collins

This year's winner is the owner and leader of a small business that works with indigenous communities to help foster aquafarming (seaweed) as a renewable resources, a member of the NCRA’s Regulatory Committee, a witness at the CRTC hearings this past fall on the updated broadcasting act in Ottawa, and host of our Station Managers Summit in British Columbia this past January.  His station, Radio Sidney (The other Sydney) reloaded and has its permanent home now at the Mary Winspear Centre.
