Third Language

Open to music or spoken work programming, where more than half of the spoken word, or music selections is in a language other than French or English

Criteria: Audio excerpts of the program, no longer than 10 minutes. A copy of the full audio of the submission. Work may be submitted in any language, but the written description of the work and completed entry form must be in English or French.
