In The News

My name is John Urban, I am the News, Sports and Spoken Word Director at 94.9 CHRW in London, Ontario. Last year we started a new weekly live news show called In The News, where we take listeners through important subjects coming from the campus, community and the world. The show continues to run live every Monday morning at 11:30am and allows our News Team to expand on their thoughts/opinions on news we’ve covered over the past week. This particular episode goes over: a money donation to ALS research and a Western student going on an extreme swim for a good cause. Plus, troubling news from U Sports from two different programs and was Sir John A. MacDonald a friend or foe?
