The show is described as: The station wasn’t going to let the chance to broadcast some hockey history pass them by, when the opportunity to call the championship was still there.  The 2016 final in Calgary, Alberta featured the Montreal Carabins taking on the UBC Thunderbirds.  With interviews with players and coaches from both teams to have pregame and intermission content.  No other community station was reporting from the CIS Finals.

Other notes: – An aboriginal college graduate, he received an honourable mention in the outstanding achievement of sports in last year’s NCRA awards.  He would hope in the future to be able to work with other community radio stations across Canada and create more live sports content from a local aspect.
